After aligning on the vision and key details, our planners formalize the agreement with the client. Contracts outline the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, budget arrangements, and timelines, providing reassurance and establishing clear mutual expectations.

Details & Planning

This phase thoroughly explores logistics, including vendor coordination, timeline creation, décor design, menu choices, and comprehensive checklists. Ongoing collaboration guarantees that every detail—from invitations to floral—aligns with the initial vision while fulfilling practical needs.

Now that the plans are finalized, this phase involves executing the setup, conducting rehearsals, and ensuring quality assurance.
